1. What NISM Mock Exams is

NISM Mock Exams provides online practice tests, explanations and video links to help students prepare for professional certification exams. It is independent study material. It is not produced by, affiliated with or endorsed by any examination body, and it does not replace the official study material.

2. Your account

You sign in with a Google account or an email link. You are responsible for activity under your account. Access is for one person only. Please do not share your login or the questions with others.

3. Payment and access

Prices are shown in Indian rupees on each exam page. After a successful payment, the exam is unlocked for the period stated on the exam page (lifetime access if no period is shown). Payments are processed by Razorpay. We do not see or store your card, UPI or bank details.

4. Acceptable use

You may not copy, resell, publish or share the questions, answers or explanations, use automated tools to collect them, or try to bypass access controls. We may suspend accounts that do.

5. No guarantee of results

Practice tests help you prepare, but we do not promise that you will pass any exam. Questions here are original and may differ in style and difficulty from the real exam. Always check the official syllabus and exam rules.

6. Content and changes

We work to keep answers and explanations correct and may update, add or remove questions at any time. If you find a mistake, please write to us.

7. Liability

To the extent the law allows, our total liability to you for any claim is limited to the amount you paid for the exam in question. We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses.

8. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Disputes are subject to the courts at the place of our registered business.
