Refund and cancellation policy

Digital access

Our tests are digital and unlocked as soon as payment succeeds, so purchases are generally not refundable once you have started using them.

When we will help

If you were charged twice, if money was deducted but the exam did not unlock, or if a technical fault stopped you from using the tests, write to us within 7 days at abhishekakprashar@gmail.com with your registered email and the payment reference. We will fix the problem or refund you.

How refunds are paid

Approved refunds go back to the original payment method through Razorpay. Banks usually take 5 to 7 working days to show the amount.

Cancellation

There are no subscriptions or recurring charges. Each exam is a one-time payment.
